Installation
System Requirements
- OS: macOS (Apple Silicon + Intel)
- Formats: VST3, Audio Unit (AU), Standalone
- DAW: Any VST3 or AU-compatible host (Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Reaper, Bitwig, etc.)
Download
Download the latest CHAKRABOOST installer from nomn.ai.
Install
Run the installer. It places plugin files in the standard locations:

DAW Setup
Ableton Live
- Open Preferences → Plug-Ins
- Enable VST3 and set the custom folder if needed
- Rescan plugins
- Find CHAKRABOOST under Plug-Ins → NOMN
Logic Pro
- Open Logic Pro → Settings → Audio Units
- Logic scans AU plugins automatically on launch
- Find CHAKRABOOST under Audio FX → NOMN → CHAKRABOOST
Reaper
- Open Preferences → Plug-Ins → VST
- Add VST3 path if not already listed
- Rescan
- Insert CHAKRABOOST on any track via FX → VST3
Audio Routing
CHAKRABOOST is an audio effect processor. To use it:
- Load CHAKRABOOST as an insert effect on any audio or bus track
- For stereo output, no additional routing is required
- For surround output (Quad, 5.1, 7.1), ensure your track and bus configuration matches the selected speaker layout
In standalone mode, CHAKRABOOST processes audio from your system’s selected input device. Use the Audio Settings panel to configure input/output devices and buffer size.
Uninstall
Delete the plugin files from the locations listed above. User presets are stored in ~/Library/Application Support/CHAKRABOOST/ — remove this folder to clear all saved data.
